Development of compliance strategies to Identify, Engage and increase the Utilization of Minority/Woman/Veteran-Owned Enterprise (M.W.V.B.E.) firms on Federal contracts; process review of existing programs to meet regulatory mandates; industry-specific M.W.V.B.E. marketing; identification of qualified M.W.V.B.E. firms; referrals to certifying agencies; assistance with the certification process; development and maintenance of relevant M.W.V.B.E. databases; coordination with business resource/business assistance centers (local chambers of commerce, small business development centers, etc.); detailed M.W.V.B.E. program implementation plans, policies and procedures; M.W.V.B.E. compliance monitoring via contractor/subcontractor audits, field inspections and on-site interviews; recommendation of appropriate actions for willful non-compliance; and development of compliance/spend reports.
